Time

We’ve been living in this nearly empty house,  waiting for it to sell, for almost three months now. The first things we packed were things off the walls. Including all but one of our clocks. It’s been 3 months, do you think I look at the watch I now wear 24/7 on my wrist when I want to know what time it is?

Of course not. I look here instead:

Doh!

But speaking of time, we’re not going to have a lot of it in the next several days to be posting. In fact, I don’t really have the time to be blogging right now. Tomorrow starts our big moving adtenture! We’re so excited I can’t help but share. By Monday, we should be living at the homestead. It’s really happening!

About Maridy

Hi, I'm Maridy. I have many interests in life. Right now, my husband and I and our two girls (ages 14 and 7), along with a couple of dogs currently live in a 33ft trailer while we build our house on our homestead property in Northern Nevada (Castle Rock Homestead). Follow us on that journey to building our high desert homestead from the ground up! I also have a passion for hiking and have a blog for that, too. (Journey in the Wilderness) Join me there as I explore the beautiful outdoor landscapes of Northwestern Nevada and Eastern California. And finally, I love historical costuming. Though I haven't been able to do much of that in recent years, I'm hoping that "once the house is built" I'll be able to get back into it more. See what all we've done with that on my Yesteryear Productions blog.

Thanks, Paula! Your comments are an encouragement, no only in our new adventure, but also to keep up with our new foray in the blogosphere. (And I’m just loving having a phone smart enough to do it on the fly!)
